We have invited each Sommelier to nominate a Potential Wine Tourism Region of their country.
A special website “ Potential Wine Tourism Regions of The World “ is being built to host information of these regions.
Wine Tourism, though not new in Travel terminology, is still a lesser known tourism option.
A mature wine tourism region has been proven to bring up the region, not only in wine quality, but also to increase employment opportunity and economic contributions. Sommeliers play a very important role in sharing their knowledge of a wine region with their customers and colleagues. With this nomination, they will be able to raise their support for the wine region of their country.
